· Must have solid recruiting life cycle experience in recruitment across diverse IT skill

· Proactive and self-managed with excellent computer skills and a great team player.
· Experience in negotiating rates, agreements with strong closing skills.
· Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed given targets.
· Proven ability in filling up multiple requirements within specified time limits.
· Must be self-oriented and an independent contributor.
